Cancellation and refund policy

Welcome to MLS Verifier. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our website or services.

Cancellation of services

Clients may request the cancellation of services provided by MLS Verifier by contacting our customer support team. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing and include the reason for cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued at the discretion of the MLS Verifier under the following circumstances:

Service has not yet been initiated or completed.
Service has been initiated but cannot be completed due to reasons beyond the control of the client or MLS Verifier.
MLS Verifier fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe.

Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to our customer support team. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and eligibility for a refund will be determined based on the circumstances of each case.

Refund Amount

The amount of the refund, if approved, will be determined by MLS Verifier and may be subject to deductions for any costs incurred in the delivery of services up to the point of cancellation.

Non-Refundable Services

Completed Services: Services that have been completed and delivered to the client are not eligible for refunds.. Third-Party Fees: Any fees paid to third-party vendors or agencies for verification services are non-refundable and subject to the terms and conditions of the respective vendors.

Cancellation fees

MLS Verifier reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for services that have been initiated but not completed at the time of cancellation. The amount of the cancellation fee will be determined by MLS Verifier and may vary depending on the extent of work completed.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
